Commissions

I was commissioned earlier in the year to create 15 time lapse drawings for a 15 song album written by Steve Dunne. It was a challenge to get right but great fun seeing the drawings come to life with the music. Here are four of the videos, enjoy! I want to start a bursary for the colourblind called the hue grant.

This next commission was an oil painting for someone who was retiring and wanted something to remember the business he started with his colleagues.

"When I first talked to Martin about him painting something for the artwork of my ep, he immediately got a sense for what I could imagine. He listened to the songs and painted his own expression of them. I was thrilled with what he did, and since the 'Dusk' ep was released I have had lots of people comment on how great the artwork is!" .

This is a drawing commission, five drawings of the five cities they lived in.

This commission was for a musical theatre lover.

"I've never commissioned anything before and wasn't sure how the process would work but Martin was very creative and full of ideas to help me establish what I really wanted. Musicals and theatre is a huge part of my life so having my own personalised paintings to celebrate this means a lot to me and I've absolutely loved the entire process. I've had so many comments about the paintings from friends who are all keen to have something unique to them at such high quality too!"
